Proprietorship Concern Following documents pertaining to the proprietor in individual capacity to be obtained:
  • Photograph
  • Any one of the following:
    • Passport
    • Income Tax PAN Card
    • Voter ID Card
    • Driving License
 Any of the following documents showing Name Address:
  • Any one of the following:
    • Latest Telephone Bill
    • Latest Electricity Bill
    • Ration Card
    • Bank Account / Passbook / Statement
In addition to above document of proprietor in individual capacity, ANY TWO of the following documents in the name of the FIRM showing Name, Address Business activity should be obtained:
  • Registration Certificate under Shop Establishment Act
  • Income Tax or Sales Tax Number
  • Registration Certificate under CST/VAT
  • Registration Certificate / License issued under Sales Tax or Service Tax or Professional Tax Authorities
  • In case of Registered Practitioner, Registration Certificate / License issued under Chartered Accountant (CA), Institute of Company Secretaries, Indian Medical Council or Food & Drug Control Authority etc.
Cost & Works Accountant of India, Institute of Company Secretaries, Indian Medical Council or Food & Drug Control Authority of India etc.
  • Any Registration/Licensing Document issued in the name of the Proprietary Concern by the Central Government or State Government Authority Department.
  • Importer-Exporter Code issued to the Proprietary Concern by the Office of DGFT.
  • SME Registration Certificate, Allotment Letter of GIDC.
Partnership Firm
  • Partnership Deed
  • Registration Certificate (if registered firm)
  • Income Tax PAN Card
  • Telephone & / or Electricity Bill
  • Power of Attorney granted to a partner or an employee of the firm to transact on its behalf
